A Facebook Case Study
Ertos, a Jakarta-based luxury skincare and weight-management brand, needed to grow revenue by expanding its customer and reseller base across Indonesia. With limited budget and staff, the company’s challenge was to raise brand awareness and drive both online and in-store sales.
Ertos ran a six-month Facebook ads program targeting women 18–45, using video ads to build awareness, building Custom Audiences of video viewers, then serving photo and link ads with calls-to-action to drive website orders and enquiries; it also used the Facebook pixel, offline conversion tracking and Audience Network to measure and extend reach. The campaign produced a 60% increase in top-line revenue and an 8.5x return on ad spend.
