Core Digital Media, a performance marketing company that drives more than $1 billion in commerce annually through sites like LowerMyBills.com, aimed to better connect with potential mortgage refinance customers and generate high-quality leads at scale. The challenge was to identify which audiences on Facebook would deliver the highest-value consumers for LowerMyBills.com’s lender clients while maintaining conversion efficiency.

Core Digital Media launched an always-on Facebook News Feed strategy using unpublished Page post link ads, systematically testing images and copy and using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest/life-stage targeting to reach high-value users; mobile-optimized landing pages doubled the reach of each post. Measured with Facebook’s conversion pixel, the campaign produced 2X+ higher conversion rates, 7X+ higher click-through rates, 16% higher lifetime value for Facebook-acquired customers, and a 33% higher mobile conversion rate versus other channels.
