ReSnap is a tech‑driven photobook start‑up (founded in 2013) that uses AI and image‑recognition to auto‑curate customers’ best photos. Facing a need to rapidly grow sales and acquire new customers, ReSnap set out to show how fast and easy it is to turn Facebook photos into beautiful, personalized photobooks.
ReSnap ran creative, call‑to‑action ads on Facebook, using split‑testing, the Facebook pixel for conversion tracking, and Custom Audiences plus Lookalike Audiences to retarget visitors and find similar buyers. The campaign drove dramatic results: a 1,963x increase in turnover (Sep 2017–Jan 2018), 80% of revenue from Facebook ads, a 1.6x average ROAS on first orders, and about 10,000 photobooks generated per day.
