Driving boutique jewellery sales with Facebook dynamic ads

My Jewellery, a Netherlands-based boutique jewellery and fashion label founded in 2011, needed to grow its online presence and turn more website visitors into paying customers. Facing high site traffic but low conversion, the brand sought a way to retarget interested shoppers more effectively.

Working with agency Expand Online, My Jewellery installed the Facebook pixel, segmented audiences by intent (cart abandoners and product browsers), uploaded its product catalogue, and served personalized dynamic ads showing items shoppers had viewed or left in their baskets. The campaign (May–July 2017) delivered a 27.5× increase in return on ad spend, drove about 1.1 million website visitors per month from Facebook and generated roughly 13,800 website clicks per month.
