A Facebook Case Study
Doc Moc is a Vietnamese health and beauty company that connects local producers with consumers and promotes regional culture. It wanted to raise awareness of its Sinh Duoc herbal salt foot soak, grow the brand, boost online sales, and communicate its sustainability credentials to a target audience of Vietnamese adults aged 30–39.
Doc Moc ran Facebook video and link ads, boosted posts, installed the Facebook pixel, and used Custom Audiences, lookalike audiences and retargeting to optimize reach and conversions. Between August 2016 and April 2017 the campaign drove an 8× increase in website traffic, 6× increase in sales, 5× increase in new customers, 3× increases in returning customers and profits.
