Cthouse is a Taiwan-based estate agency with over 350 franchised broker offices, recognized as “Best Franchiser” in 2016 and focused on responsible property sales. Despite a mobile-friendly site that drew more visitors from phones than desktops, mobile conversions lagged, so the company aimed to convert more mobile traffic into leads and sales while lowering cost per booking.

Cthouse ran Facebook carousel and link ads, tested lead ads to let users book viewings without leaving Facebook, and used the Facebook pixel plus dynamic retargeting to show visitors the exact properties they’d viewed. Combined with Custom and Lookalike Audiences, this reduced booking steps from six to three and — over a campaign from Dec 1, 2015 to Jan 15, 2016 — produced 8x more mobile bookings, an 82% lower cost per booking, and 30% higher website traffic.
