Club Med, a global travel company known for all‑inclusive family holidays, wanted to promote its Cherating Beach resort in Malaysia to Taiwanese families. The challenge was to inspire parents—encouraging past guests to return and convincing new families to book—by helping them visualize the resort experience on mobile devices.
Working with agency iProspect, Club Med used Facebook Canvas to create an interactive, mobile‑optimized ad with photos, drone video and click‑through pricing that users could zoom and explore. Targeted to 25–44‑year‑old parents, the campaign achieved a 2.6× lower cost per visit than other digital media, a 2× higher click‑through rate and a 1.2× higher conversion rate versus carousel ads, driving increased bookings.
