Blibli.com, one of Indonesia’s largest ecommerce companies, wanted to stand out from other shopping sites by repositioning itself as a brand for all lifestyles and attracting more female shoppers. To do this, Blibli.com worked with Facebook using ads across Facebook and Instagram, along with Video, Carousel, Instagram Ads, and Custom Audiences.

Facebook helped Blibli.com run a two-phase mobile campaign focused first on brand building and then conversions, repurposing TV creative for mobile and targeting different audience segments with tailored ads. The result was strong measurable impact: 35 million Indonesians reached, a 10-point lift in ad recall, a 7-point increase in purchase intent among women, and 57,700 incremental in-app purchases, plus a 20% uplift in overall brand metrics.
