Boux Avenue is a premium lingerie, nightwear and swimwear retailer founded by Theo Paphitis in 2011. After being named Fastest Growing Retailer, the company wanted to sustain momentum by increasing brand awareness and driving more online sales using Facebook’s marketing tools.
Working with agency Tomorrow, Boux Avenue implemented a funnel strategy: eye-catching video and Canvas ads for customer acquisition, dynamic retargeting via the Facebook pixel for visitors who didn’t purchase, and continual optimization using Facebook insights. The campaign delivered an 11.7x return on ad spend, a 53% lower cost per sale versus the prior year, 32,000 new customers and a conversion rate lift from 8.3% to 10.4%.
