A Facebook Case Study
Bonava Suomi, Northern Europe’s leading housing developer, wanted to boost lead generation among prospective home buyers and test whether Facebook’s lead ads outperformed the ad formats it had previously used. The challenge was to reach high-quality, mobile-driven prospects cost-effectively and convert site visitors who hadn’t yet inquired.
Bonava installed the Facebook pixel, built website Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences, then retargeted users with carousel ads and mobile-optimized lead ads featuring pre-filled contact forms. Over a two-week March 2016 campaign, lead ads delivered 2.3× more leads and 45% lower cost per lead versus carousel ads, while Custom and Lookalike Audiences drove a 52% higher CTR and 29% lower CPC compared to prior campaigns.
