Working with Havas Media and DeltaX on Facebook Ads, the team used customer-data segmentation, Custom and Lookalike Audiences, retargeting, and tailored News Feed creative to optimize high‑value segments. Over six months the campaign produced a 2.3x increase in leads and a 34% lower cost per lead, and the approach was exported to other Southeast Asian markets.
