Baked NYC is a two-location New York bakery and café known for its classic American baked goods (including Oprah‑endorsed brownies). Facing the seasonal challenge of broadening its customer base, the bakery wanted to grow email subscriptions and increase pre-orders of its Thanksgiving pies while keeping lead costs under control.

Baked NYC partnered with Facebook’s Creative Shop to produce short stop‑motion videos using low‑cost gear and apps, then ran lead ads with context cards and auto‑filled forms, targeting baking fans broadly while excluding existing fans and using a one‑mile radius for pie pre-orders. The campaign drove stronger local engagement and sales: 40% higher pie sales, 68% more leads and a 30% decrease in cost per lead.
