A Facebook Case Study
AXA, a global insurance leader, used the 2015 COP21 climate talks to highlight its environmental work but faced a crowded media moment and needed a high-impact way to cut through and raise awareness of its pro-environment activities.
Working with its agencies and Facebook’s Creative Shop, AXA ran a three-week campaign of 11 mobile-first videos (one per day) targeted to people interested in environmental issues, then retargeted engaged viewers with immersive Facebook Canvas units. The effort reached 8.3 million people (7.8 million video views) and delivered strong brand lifts: a 13‑point increase in message association, a 5‑point rise in brand favourability and a 4‑point boost in ad awareness.
