86 Shop produced a mobile-optimized, sound-off-friendly video starring brand ambassador Tia Lee and used Facebook ads with Custom and Lookalike Audiences to target viewers. In 22 days the campaign delivered 6 million video plays, reached 52% of the target audience, increased ad recall by 13 points, lifted overall brand awareness by 9%, and raised awareness for the new metallic air-cushion powder compact by 7%.
