Asbury Automotive Group’s Nalley Nissan of Atlanta opened a new dealership in Doraville, Georgia and needed to build local awareness and drive vehicle service orders—especially converting Nissan owners who typically used independent garages—into scheduled service appointments.
The team ran targeted Facebook lead ads that used auto-filled contact forms, integrated the leads via API with their scheduling system, and used Oracle-powered data to reach a Custom Audience of in-market service shoppers. Over a four-week campaign they reached 75,656 people, drove 5,000 qualified website visits and generated 201 service appointments directly from the lead ad, prompting the dealer to shift a large portion of its direct-mail budget to Facebook.
