Ann’S is a Taiwan-based shoe brand with a feminine, “sweet and simple” aesthetic that had just launched its first ecommerce site. The company’s challenge was to cost-effectively reach 18–35-year-old women in Taiwan, drive at least a 5% increase in website traffic and achieve a 2× higher conversion rate using Facebook ads.

Ann’S ran a full suite of Facebook products—targeted carousel ads, mobile-optimized Canvas, dynamic product ads, Facebook pixel tracking, Audience Insights, Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences—to showcase seasonally curated styles, enable interactive mobile browsing and retarget shoppers with relevant products. In under eight months it saw a 33% increase in website traffic (about 6× its traffic goal), a 5.3× increase in online sales revenue and a 3.8× higher sales conversion rate.
