AM Immobilier, a Lyon-based real estate agency founded in 2001 that sells and rents properties across Rhône, Isère and Ain, needed to generate qualified leads for a new development called Le Roberti in La Valette‑du‑Var. Faced with typical real estate challenges like location, pricing and regulatory factors, the firm set out to drive interest and enquiries for that specific listing.

Working with agency Cojecom, AM Immobilier used Facebook Ads with Custom and Lookalike Audiences to target investors, families, nearby residents and the CSP+ demographic, directing prospects to a detailed landing page with property information and a contact form. Over a 23-day campaign (Nov–Dec 2015) the effort produced 28 qualified leads, €184,000 in attributable turnover and a 131× return on ad spend, with real‑time optimisation improving lead quality.
