A Facebook Case Study
Albatross is a Georgia-based maker of windows, doors and design solutions with more than 15 years in the market. Lacking a traditional website, the company relied on its Facebook Page as the main customer touchpoint and aimed to drive more traffic there to boost sales and conversions.
Working with agency Socialsharks, Albatross used Facebook Page Manager plus Ads, Custom Audiences (imported customer lists) and Lookalike Audiences to showcase products, testimonials and reach high-quality prospects. From Aug 9–Dec 1, 2016 the campaign made Facebook the primary introduction channel: 35% of clients said they heard about Albatross via Facebook, 15–18% of call‑centre callers cited Facebook ads, and ad recall lifted 23%.
