A Facebook Case Study
Advanced Info Services (AIS), Thailand’s leading mobile operator, sought to grow online sales of its internet packages and better engage existing customers to lift conversion rates and revenue.
AIS split its audience by on-site behavior, ran over 1,000 A/B tests on creatives (formats, visuals, headlines, CTAs), installed the Facebook pixel, and used Custom and Lookalike Audiences plus Audience Network to scale only top-performing ads. The campaign (May 25–June 20, 2017) delivered a 31% increase in return on ad spend, a 40% rise in conversion rate and a 4× increase in sales revenue.
