Already using Custom and Lookalike Audiences to drive traffic, the company’s challenge was to boost conversions by promoting its entire catalogue with personalized ads based on visitors’ browsing and purchase behavior.
11street implemented Facebook Dynamic Ads, importing its 8 million‑item catalogue and retargeting segmented audiences (plus Lookalike prospects) across Facebook, Audience Network and Instagram. Between July–October 2016 this approach delivered a 10X increase in sales, 12X return on ad spend, 15X improvement in cost efficiency, a 5X higher conversion rate and 4.7 million new customers reached.
