The company needed a more targeted development programme for its leaders after two years without one, with the goal of embedding newly defined core competencies and improving business performance through stronger leadership and engagement.

**Expert Training Systems** delivered a custom leadership development programme that included bespoke **360-degree feedback**, individual feedback sessions with business psychologists, executive coaching for the top team, and a tailored three-module workshop series for 41 leaders. The initiative was well received, and the EMEA leadership engagement score increased by **2%** in the 2017 engagement survey versus 2015, with Allegis Group also planning to re-run the 360 feedback to measure longer-term behaviour change.
