Amey, a large infrastructure support services provider within the Ferrovial group, needed a more robust and reliable employee engagement survey system after previously running surveys in-house. They appointed Expert Training Systems (ETS) in 2016 to provide a specialist survey platform and consultancy support for their 20,000 employees across 500+ locations.
Expert Training Systems (ETS) created a branded, mobile- and tablet-friendly online survey platform, with paper survey data also uploaded for offline employees; 33% of respondents used paper. ETS also provided reporting tools, key driver analysis, benchmark comparisons, and action-planning support, while helping Amey communicate results through videos, intranet updates, posters, and executive reporting. The survey highlighted priorities such as customer experience, community support, and safety, and the insights informed Amey’s business strategy rollout and manager action plans.
