Jardine Motors Group, trading as Lancaster, partnered with Expert Training Systems (ETS) to improve its employee engagement insight. After previously running surveys in-house, the automotive retailer wanted an independent benchmarked view and a deeper understanding of what mattered most to its 3,500 UK employees across more than 70 locations, so it turned to ETS for a nationwide employee survey solution.

Expert Training Systems created a branded, mobile-enabled online survey portal with manager reporting dashboards and tailored line-manager reports, supported by business psychologists who helped design the questionnaire and present results to executives. The survey delivered an exceptionally high engagement score and an 87% response rate, with a positive net promoter score; Jardine Motors used the data for year-on-year comparisons, local action planning, and Board-aligned improvements, while continuing to build on strong results each year.
