RBS partnered with Expert Training Systems to support a major culture shift focused on continuous employee development and better customer service. As part of this effort, RBS needed to move 360 degree feedback away from being an annual, performance-linked process used only for senior leaders and make it a more widely available, development-focused tool across the business.
Expert Training Systems created a bespoke 360 degree feedback platform for RBS, including tailored questionnaires, intuitive on-demand access, and reporting for individuals, managers, and the wider business. The programme was well embedded by 2015, with around 5,100 employees participating that year, and it now helps drive development at individual, team, and executive levels, with insights triangulated against customer, financial, and people data to support business performance.
