BT Group, the UK’s leading telecoms firm and a global communications provider, needed to evolve its leadership style as the business returned to growth. To support this shift away from a traditional “command and control” approach, BT partnered with Expert Training Systems to introduce a bespoke 360 degree feedback programme for leaders and managers worldwide.

Expert Training Systems designed a flexible, scalable 360 feedback solution tailored to BT’s leadership framework, with user-friendly reports, coaching support, and future expansion in mind. The programme was rolled out first to the Group CEO and board, then to 600 executives and front-line leaders, delivering feedback to more than 2,000 people in the first eight months and helping drive greater self-awareness, stronger leadership behaviour, and improved employee engagement.
