Working with Expert Training Systems (ETS), the company sought a simple, secure online 360 feedback tool that could support development planning for its managers and ultimately scale across its 750-manager population.

Expert Training Systems designed a tailored 360 degree feedback system aligned to Aggregate Industries’ competency framework and leadership behaviours, with easy administration, reporting, and confidentiality features. After refining the rating approach and guidance to reduce inflated scores, ETS delivered a tool now used in ad hoc manager reports and the first-line manager development programme, where feedback informs Individual Development Plans and supports coaching.
