Sainsbury’s worked with **Expert Training Systems** to support a cultural change programme and define manager roles and leadership behaviours across the group. The goal was to identify development needs among managers and help embed the right values through a scalable **360 degree feedback** programme.

**Expert Training Systems** implemented a flexible, intuitive 360 feedback system with a simple online process, branded interface, and guidance aligned to Sainsbury’s cultural values. The programme grew from 450 retail store managers to all 13,000 managers, improving participation, supporting better development conversations with summary reports and benchmark data, and using heat maps to identify group-wide development needs.
