**Expert Training Systems** delivered a self-service 360 feedback programme built around Boots’ leadership behaviours and Goleman attributes, with tablet-friendly access and stakeholder input from Boots leaders. The solution produced easy-to-use summary reports, heat maps, and group analytics that improved individual development conversations, informed leadership and talent strategy, and helped Boots identify areas such as gender-based leadership pipeline development.
