Philips worked with Expert Training Systems (ETS) to introduce a new 360 degree feedback programme that would better support employee development and align with Philips’ key competencies and leadership behaviours. The goal was to make feedback easy to give, easy to interpret, and more useful for creating effective development conversations and plans.

Expert Training Systems created the 360 feedback questionnaire, reports, and supporting guidance for managers, with a clear, visual format that focused on key themes rather than overwhelming users with data. Philips reported a very positive response from managers and executives, with participants valuing the link to the competency framework and the actionable reports, helping drive development discussions and supporting leadership growth across the business.
