Lloyd’s of London worked with Expert Training Systems (ETS) to improve its annual employee engagement survey, YourSay@Lloyd’s. The company wanted a more balanced questionnaire that measured the right things, reflected its culture and values, and produced more actionable insights to help managers drive engagement across its 900 employees.
Expert Training Systems led a full questionnaire review and redesign, supported by employee survey software, reporting tools, and consultancy from business psychologists. The result was a strong 82% response rate and an overall engagement index of 83%, with improved action-planning and department-level reporting helping Lloyd’s turn feedback into year-round engagement initiatives.
