Beazley, a specialist insurer and global market leader, needed a performance management approach that was better aligned with its HR processes and wider talent strategy. Its previous online form delivered a poor user experience, saw patchy usage, and did not connect well with talent planning. Expert Training Systems (ETS) had been a long-term partner since 2007 and was tasked with helping modernize this area.

Expert Training Systems (ETS) created a bespoke online performance and talent platform tailored to Beazley’s HR processes and integrated with performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, development planning, and succession tools. The system made appraisals easier for employees and managers, reduced administration time, improved participation, and helped Beazley track performance, talent, and succession more effectively. The data is now used to inform strategic decisions, identify talent, and support reward and remuneration planning.
