Brighton & Hove City Council needed to measure its managers' behaviors to support a revitalized performance culture. Expert Training Systems implemented a user-friendly 360 feedback platform and provided comprehensive support, including questionnaire design and guidance on building trust in the new process. The results gave the council a systematic view of leadership behaviors for the first time. ETS's work provided a solid evidence base for the leadership development program by allowing the council to triangulate the 360 data with other staff surveys and research.
