Yodel partnered with Experian to implement address validation and cleansing powered by Royal Mail data and Experian’s Location Complete dataset, using real-time validation on its website and daily bulk cleansing of partner files. The solution improved address quality and planning, raising first-time delivery rates by 5% (about 300,000 additional parcels annually), cutting operational inefficiencies, and supporting ongoing digital transformation and capacity growth.
