Sage Hill School, a small college preparatory in California, needed to increase philanthropic funding to move its program from great to extraordinary. Working with Experian, Sage Hill appended Mosaic® and TrueTouchSM data to profile donors, identifying three key segments—those seeking recognition, those who want to see student benefits, and local business owners. By tailoring messages across channels (in-person cues, direct mail, email) the school surpassed its fundraising goals, achieved an 11% increase in donor involvement, reached 400+ donors with personalized campaigns, and added 100 new internships.
