To address this, Peoples Bank implemented Baker Hill/Experian tools—Client Advisor, One Point and Exception Advisor—as an enterprise-wide pipeline and relationship management platform, supported by a consultative Experian team. The tools helped define the client experience, establish a touch strategy for high-value clients, structure consistent conversations about financial goals and products, and overall strengthened client relationships while improving decision speed and operational efficiency.
