Hach, a B2B manufacturer of water analysis instrumentation serving industries like food & beverage, oil & gas and municipal utilities, was struggling with poor customer contact data: an analysis found about 20% of addresses were invalid or duplicated across a 600,000-record database. The bad data caused returned mail, wasted inventory and marketing spend, duplicate accounts, and delayed billing and receivables.

Hach deployed QAS Pro at all human data-entry points (call center, sales, customer service) to validate and standardize addresses in real time using USPS data and a typedown entry feature.
