Brooke, an Australian consultancy and certified Salesforce partner, was engaged by a leading wireless infrastructure client to build a new Salesforce customer portal that would give customers, contractors and sub-contractors a single, real-time view of project status. The project required not only a front-end portal but a complex migration of project data from the client’s legacy system into Sitetracker (integrated with Salesforce), replacing slow, manual processes that lacked visibility and consistency.

Brooke used Experian’s Aperture Data Studio to build repeatable drag-and-drop workflows that transformed CSV exports into Sitetracker-ready data across multiple environments. The approach enabled a four-week delivery, cut extract times from three days to about one hour, eliminated the need for multiple toolsets and an external ETL specialist (saving ~20% of that resource cost), and gave the team confidence in data quality while enabling self-serve data management for future projects.
