Startup Village Collective partners with Exotel to help students & to give them a smooth experience

SV.CO (Startup Village Collective) is an online-first learning platform turned Product School that helps student developers build real products. Their challenge was maintaining reliable, trackable customer communication—especially during busy admission campaigns—while previously relying on personal/work phones that created communication gaps. They partnered with Exotel and used Exotel’s cloud telephony (voice/SMS, call tracking and APIs) to centralize and manage student interactions.

Exotel implemented call/SMS credits, call recording, tracking and API integration so SV.CO could log every inbound and outbound interaction and share feedback across stakeholders. The solution let SV.CO remain available during peak periods—handling close to 500 calls during admissions—improved visibility into program activity, closed communication gaps, and boosted operational efficiency for both SV.CO and the startups in its program.
