Printvenue, one of Rocket Internet’s fastest‑growing e‑commerce companies in India, faced two core challenges as it scaled: needing a professional phone presence with IVR and intelligent call routing, and ensuring it never missed customer calls. To address this, Printvenue implemented Exotel’s cloud‑based call center/telephony solution for inbound and outbound calls.
Exotel delivered IVR, multi‑party call routing, call recording and reporting/analytics with a rapid setup (registered and live within days). Using Exotel’s call data Printvenue identified two daily call peaks and reallocated staff into peak inbound shifts while using lull hours for outbound work, massively reducing the requirement to hire additional callers and optimizing support team utilization.
