Kickstart Jobs Uses Exotel to Streamline the Process in Connecting Employers to Job Seekers

Kickstart Jobs is a platform that connects blue‑collar job seekers with employers using a referral network of “Kickstart Leaders.” Because many candidates are not comfortable using online portals, Kickstart Jobs struggled to validate profiles and manage high volumes of phone outreach (over 500 candidate calls per day). To address this, they partnered with Exotel and adopted its cloud telephony services — including Automated Calls, a Call Center Solution, and Call/Lead Tracking.

Exotel automated candidate screening calls, handled incoming/outgoing calls and call recordings, and integrated with Kickstart Jobs’ support software to raise tickets and centralize leads. As a result, Exotel helped capture more authentic candidate profiles, filter suitable applicants before interviews, reduce the manual calling burden for 500+ daily candidates, organize employer/leader processes, and improve lead follow-up and resolution times.
