The insurer needed a modern, scalable platform to support highly personalized service, multiple currencies, large policy face values, and faster expansion into new markets and products, and selected EXL’s LifePRO™ platform to help address these needs.

EXL implemented LifePRO™ in a nine-month, multi-phased migration to a single, centralized insurance administration platform with LDS New Business, web services, DataMart capabilities, and integrations for underwriting, broker management, billing, claims, and document generation. The result was a successful go-live within a tight 12-month schedule, elimination of 30+ years of inherited customizations, improved data access and automation, and the ability to issue a single policy for the full face value of high net worth policies instead of splitting them into segments.
