Hozelock, a major European gardening supplies manufacturer with subsidiaries across Europe, needed to improve local customer service and reduce inventory levels. Their key challenges were poor forecast accuracy, highly seasonal and unpredictable demand, and the requirement that any new solution integrate with multiple ERPs (UK MfgPro and local Dynamics NAV) while remaining easy for local users to adopt and for UK staff to support.

Exceedra delivered an integrated demand-planning and forecasting solution that leveraged existing UK expertise and an intuitive interface so local sales teams could review and amend UK-generated forecasts. Simple file exchanges with NAV, a Monday weekly cycle and a two‑week design/test period enabled a fast, low‑risk rollout that integrated with existing ERPs. The project was completed on time and on budget and delivered improved forecast accuracy, higher service levels, lower inventories and a disciplined, scalable process for wider rollout.
