Exceedra partnered with PepsiCo to replace a slow, heavily customized legacy AFS application across Central Europe, addressing extensive SAP integration, complex selling/pricing/promotion processes with country-specific regulations, and stock, delivery and returns management challenges in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

They deployed a common Retail Execution solution tailored to local pricing, discount and promotion needs with online/offline/on‑demand synchronization and deep ERP/SAP integration (600 users in Poland and 200 across the other markets). The rollout delivered faster, more efficient and easier workflows for sales reps, regional managers, KAMs, service technicians and telesales; reduced receivable risk through class risk validation; SSO via the PepsiCo domain; guided selling with a promotion wizard and coupon management; and territory-based KPIs to support continued market share growth.
