Carlsberg Group, a global beer, soft drink and bottled water manufacturer, engaged Exceedra to rationalize, standardize and streamline retail operations across off-trade, on-trade, modern and traditional channels. Exceedra’s retail-execution solution provided immediate store-condition reporting and ordering from 1,000+ reps with rapid, cascading rollouts (including the US Export License/Urban Development team in early 2019). As a result, reps became up to three times more efficient, stock-outs against volume agreements fell by over 50%, marketing measurement and analytics improved and the platform supported the Kronenbourg 1664 launch and increased on-trade penetration in the eastern US.
