In April 2021 SolvOne implemented the eSkill Talent Assessment Platform, integrated with their Crelate ATS, using customizable assessments (including video-response questions for ID verification) and support from a Dedicated Assessment Expert. The solution helped screen out unqualified applicants, cut down on cheating, and raised new-hire graduation rates to 87.5% — a 26% improvement over the prior rate.
