Conservice, founded in 2000 and now the largest utility management and billing company in the U.S., needed a better way to screen candidates remotely after its homegrown, in-person questionnaire became impractical during the pandemic. The HR team found ADP Recruiting Manager’s assessment lacking and sought an online skills-assessment solution to quickly evaluate candidates’ computer skills and avoid hiring mistakes.
