eSkill's solution involved testing employees with both their reasoning assessment and a licensing qualification exam. The results showed a clear correlation: candidates scoring 80% or higher on the eSkill assessment passed their licensing test on the first attempt, while those scoring below 60% were unable to pass even after three attempts. This allowed Sitel to predict licensing success accurately.
