Information Technology Coalition, Inc. (ITC) is a global services provider to U.S. civilian, intelligence, and defense agencies that had relied on paper-based testing but faced a new contract requirement to screen data-entry candidates for typing speed and accuracy. With no scalable digital testing process, ITC needed a way to efficiently evaluate large volumes of applicants and meet client requirements.
ITC implemented the eSkill Talent Assessment Platform—integrating it with the client’s iSolved ATS—and used its library of job-specific tests and simulations (including typing and Excel). The platform was easy to deploy and use, increased the number of candidates who completed testing, sped up hiring, and reduced turnover by 15–20% (previously losing 10–15% of candidates during testing), with plans to expand testing to additional roles.
