Information Technology Coalition, Inc. (ITC) is a global services provider to U.S. civilian, intelligence, and defense agencies that had relied on paper-based testing but faced a new contract requirement to screen data-entry candidates for typing speed and accuracy. With no scalable digital testing process, ITC needed a way to efficiently evaluate large volumes of applicants and meet client requirements.

ITC implemented the eSkill Talent Assessment Platform—integrating it with the client’s iSolved ATS—and used its library of job-specific tests and simulations (including typing and Excel).
