TaskUs is a global provider of outsourced digital and next‑generation customer experience services with about 43,000 employees—most in the Philippines—serving clients like Facebook, Netflix and Coinbase. Facing unusually high call‑center turnover and seeking better job fit, TaskUs found its prior assessment provider (SHL) lacked the customization and value needed to reliably screen candidates and improve quality of hire.
TaskUs evaluated HireVue, Harver and eSkill and selected eSkill for its customization, extensive assessment library and value. eSkill was integrated with Workday so HR could build job‑specific, cognitive and behavioral tests, quickly screen applicants and benchmark results; new‑hire training graduation rose from 78% to 98% (staying above 90%), turnover fell by 25%, and recruiting costs and time to identify top candidates were reduced.
