AdventHealth, a health system with about 80,000 employees, was facing high attrition and declining productivity and needed a reliable way to ensure new hires had the medical knowledge and procedural skills required to protect patient safety. HR leaders wanted a solution to screen candidates, run pre- and post-hire assessments, and identify training gaps to reduce hiring mistakes and speed up onboarding.

The platform was quick to implement, required minimal end-user training, saved HR time through reusable tests and remote access, and — with minor support for data filtering — has been scaled to assess current staff and support AdventHealth’s expansion.
